Called and asked for copies of checks that were deposited they told me no problem to come in last Saturday and they should be ready. Well went in last Saturday and nothing was ready and they had to take all my info again and said they would have it done by Wednesday or Thursday of this week and would call me. I still haven't heard from them and it's Saturday morning again. WTH??? I like them for everything else but this is completely ridiculous and should maybe take someone 30 to 45 mins tops to do.

The terrible smell from the smoking area is so strong it makes the atm very uncomfortable to use. Nasty!
