We are introducing you to this year's Most Admired CEO honorees. Kimberly Menzel is an honoree in the mega category. People who know Kimberly Menzel describe the health care executive as having both a head and a heart. Menzel is senior vice president and Roseville area manager for Kaiser Permanente. She is shepherding through two major expansion projects: a $299 million hospital expansion in Roseville and a 260,000-square-foot comprehensive care center in Folsom. Menzel said she was able to move the projects forward, despite concerns about the economy, by pointing out Kaiser's strong membership growth in the area and detailing hospital capacity trends.
