ROSEVILLE, MI -- A 28-year-old Clinton Township man has been charged with murder after he allegedly shot and killed a man at the Victory Inn Motel Sunday during a domestic dispute. Devonte Tucker was arraigned Tuesday in Roseville District Court on a charged of second-degree murder and a charge of felony firearm in connection with a shooting that took place on Sunday, April 9.
